In this steps, you can specify how the Kijun-gai wagetypes is fetched to calculate prospective Kijun-gai amounts of coming Monthly Payroll December, during the Estimation run before Provisional YEA with Syoyo.
This is controlled by means of processing class 74.
- Space :From Master Data(base for December Payroll)
- '1' :From Previous Monthly Payroll Result.(November)
Example
You want to perform Estimation run using the actual Kijun-gai time data (eg. overtime hours) from November payroll result because time data for December payroll is not available at this point.
In this case you set up those unavailable wagetypes to be fetched from November result, by registering '1' to processing class 74.
Requirements
You are going to perform Provisional Year End Adjustment with Syoyo before normal Year End Adjustment with Monthly Payroll December.
You do not have to set up this processing class if Provisional YEA is not executed with Syoyo before normal Year End Adjustment.
You must have maintained wage type grouping 8002 in order to customize user-made wagetypes in this section.
Standard settings
The SAP R/3 standard delivery system has no value in processing class 74 for every wagetype in the selection. WIth this setting, all the Kijun-gai wagetypes are fetched from Master Data during the Estimation run, just as in normal Monthly Payroll processes. In this case, the system supposes that these Kijun-gai wagetypes, which will be used in coming Monthly Payroll for December, are already available in Master Data at the time Estimation run is performed.

Activities
To check and, if necessary, change the value of the processing class, proceed as follows:
- Select a wage type and choose Detail.
- Check and change the specification for processing class 74 to '1' if you want this wagetype to be fetched from Previous Monthly Payroll Result (Novemebr).
Do not use the specification '2' since this specification is system use only.
