In this step, you can specify how the user wage types and technical wage types in the result table should be listed in the wage ledger. This is controlled by means of evaluation class 6.
Note:
You only need to carry out this step if you need to print wage types that are not included in the standard.
Example
Monthly compensation wage type should be printed in payment area in the monthly payroll.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the following evaluation class specifications for the wage ledger.
- 00 Wage type is not printed out
- 01 Wage type is printed in payment area in monthly payroll
- 02 Wage type is printed in deduction area in monthly payroll
- 03 Wage type is printed in payment area in syoyo
- 04 Wage type is printed in deduction area in syoyo
- 05 Wage type is printed in time management area
Activities
To check and, if necessary, change the value of evaluation class specifications, proceed as follows:
- Select a wage type and choose Detail.
- Check and, if necessary, change the specification for evaluation calss.
