After maintenance of the record sequence and the high level contents of each record, you will continue here when creating a new or changing an existing tax form. You will define the contents of the records in detail by completing the following steps:
When you start maintenance you will see a selection popup first. Here the country grouping and a selection field for the tax form will be displayed. Please enter the name of the tax form you want to work on.
Having selected the tax form, you will see the list screen with all items contained in each record. The records' sequential numbers defined in the previous step Issuing of tax form and the corresponding text are displayed in the first two columns. The other columns are filled with the meaning and the description of each item on the record. If you select one line by a double-click, you will see the detail screen with the description of the item selected.
You assign the item to a record by giving the sequential number of the record in the field output event.
You define the location of the item on the record and enter an identifying description first.
You fill the item with content by selecting a predefined field or by entering the tape content directly.
You define the string length of the item. The definition of an offset for the item is unlikely to be necessary.
You repeat the above steps for each item to be output to the data carrier.
With these steps you have finished creating a new tax form.
