In this step, you can specify the user wage types processed in Retirement Allowance for which you can set how the user wage types should be cumulated for income tax calculation. This is controlled by means of cumulation class 71 and 75.
Standard settings
The SAP standard delivery system contains following cumulation classes for income tax calculation for Retirement Allowance:
71 Taxable : if an allowance is taxable, set this cumulation class.
75 Non-taxable : if an allowance is non-taxable, set this
cumulation class.
Activities
To check and, if necessary, change the setting for cumulation classes, proceed as follows:
- Select a wage type and choose Detail.
- Check the specification for cumulation classes 71 and 75 according to the legal rules.
