In this step, you can specify the user wage types processed in SHOYO for which you can set how the user wage types should be cumulated for income tax calculation. This is controlled by means of cumulation class 23 and 24.
Standard settings
The SAP standard delivery system contains following cumulation classes for income tax calculation for SHOYO:
23 Taxable pay: if an allowance is taxable, set this cumulation class.
24 Non-taxable pay : if an allowance is non-taxable, set this
cumulation class.
Activities
To check and, if necessary, change the setting for cumulation classes, proceed as follows:
- Select a wage type and choose Detail.
- Check the specification for cumulation classes 23 and 24 according to the legal rules.
