In this step, you determine how each time wage type is to be entered in the results table.

Standard settings

The standard system contains the following values: the wage type is not entered in the results table, but passed on

  • the wage type is entered in a cumulation wage type without cumulation
  • the wage type is cumulated and entered in the results table
  • the wage type is cumulated and entered in the results table; the system also adds the hours in this wage type as overtime hours

Activities

  1. Check the cumulation wage type to which each time wage type is to be cumulated.
  2. Mark the wage type accordingly.

Further note

You must also mark wage types from infotype 0008, Basic Pay, at this point. These wage types should be passed on at this point, since they will still be needed later in payroll accounting.
