Use
In this Customizing activity, you use the Action Type for Layoff and Low Payment for Leave (JLOLP) feature to define whether an employee's income of a month is applicable to Santei/Geppen evaluation.
You can define the applicability options as follows:
- 1
Action type for layoff - 2
Action type for low payment for leave - Empty
Other action type
The Santei/Geppen Evaluation (RPCSISJ0) report reads the returned value and decides if the employee's income for the payroll period should be included in Santei/Geppen payment calculation.
If the return value is 1 or 2, the monthly income for that period is excluded from the Santei/Geppen payment calculation. If the value is empty, the system checks additional conditions if the income is to be included.
Requirements
You have defied an action type for layoff and an action type for low payment for leave in Customizing for Personnel Management, under Personnel Administration -> Customizing Procedures -> Actions -> Set up personnel actions.
Standard settings
Activities
The feature makes a decision based on the values of the Action Type (MASSN) field in Field String for Feature - Screen Control (PME04) structure.
In the decision tree, you insert the action type in your system that represent layoff and the action type that represent low payment for leave. For each action type, you assign the corresponding values, either 1 (action type for layoff) or 2 (action type for low payment for leave).
