Use

In this Customizing activity, you determine the valid hours of leave that an employee can take when using the generated absence quota from overtime.

For a specific employee overtime group, you can assign up to five types of leave. Each leave type is defined with fixed hours.

When the employee takes leave in the Absences (2001) infotype using the absence quota generated from overtime, you can enter only the number of hours specified in this activity.

Example

You define the following leave hours for an employee overtime group:

1 Day    8hours

Half Day    5hours

When an employee of this group takes 4-hour leave using the generated absence quota, the system issues a warning message. We recommend you enter the same number defined in Customizing; in this example 8 or 5 hours.
