Use

In this Customizing activity, you assign the designate absence quota type to an employee group for overtime accumulation, and determine the quota's valid period.

When you run the Time Off from Overtime (HJPULA_GRTIMEOF) report, the system generates the assigned absence quota type in the Absence Quotas (2006) infotype with the time-off hours in lieu of extra overtime payment.

An employee can use the generated quota only in limited following months. You need to determine the valid period for the absence quota. Only the legally allowed periods are available for selection.

Requirements

You have made settings in Required Absence Settings.

Standard settings

For a specific employee overtime group, you can assign only one absence quota type.
