Use

To generate time off from overtime, make the following Customizing settings first:

  1. Define Absence Quota Types

    You define a designate absence quota type for compensatory time off from overtime.

  2. Define Absence Types
  3. Define Counting Rules
    • You must specify Hours as Unit of Relevant Absence Quota Types
    • You must assign only the designate absence quota type to the Deduction Rule for the absence types used for taking leave.
  4. Assign Counting Rules to Absence Types

    You must select the Quota Deduction checkbox for the relevant absence types.
