Use

In this Customizing activity, you define the employee groups for weighted overtime accumulation.

Each employee group varies in the following aspects:

  • Lower limit of working hours to identify overtime
  • Separation of overtime working segments
  • Weighting of overtime working segments

As the result, the payroll calculates the payments for overtime working hours differently for different employee group.

Requirements

This is a mandatory activity, applicable for all methods.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Define names of employee groups for overtime accumulation
  2. Determine the employees in each overtime group by the feature 22LSA. You assign the name of an overtime employee group as the return value for a range of employees determined by the fields of the structure PMELA.
