This step explains the wage types for employees with a NORMAL work schedule rule. The start time and end time of planned work must be defined in advance in order to generate a work schedule for employees.
Example
Work starts at 9:00 AM and is scheduled to end at 17:30 PM. The fixed number of hours in a day amounts to 7.5 hours (standard setting).
The hours between 9:00 and 17:30 is the time the employee is scheduled to work.

Note
When the aforementioned wage types are customized or copied to user wage types, this effects payroll processing. The reason for this is that the standard wage types are specified on the cycle in the payroll accounting process. If you customize or create user wage types by copying standard wage types, you should also customize/adjust related cycles and schemas (JT00: Processing of Time Data for Payroll Accounting - JAPAN). The relationship between standard wage types and cycles is listed below.
M110
Cycle J102: Create total working hours if none
Cycle J110: Create Overtime from Actual work hours
Cycle J14A: Importing previous month's time WT (JAPAN)
Cycle J163: Pay carry-over hours
Cycle J93M: Copy actual time to working time & time-off attendance
M111
Cycle J14A: Importing previous month's time WT (JAPAN)
M112
Cycle J102: Create total working hours if none
Cycle J14A: Importing previous month's time WT(JAPAN)
Cycle J15B: Cumulate kijungai number of time-off work days kijungai/nai each
M113
Cycle J14A: Importing previous month's time WT (JAPAN)
Cycle J15B: Cumulate kijungai number of time-off work days kijungai/nai each
M114
Cycle J102: Create total working hours if none
Cycle J14A: Importing previous month's time WT (JAPAN)
Cycle J15B: Cumulate kijungai number of time-off work days kijungai/nai each
Activities
Check the specifications of the aforementioned standard wage types.
If necessary, copy the aforementioned standard wage types to user wage types.
Copy the standard cycle to be customized/adjusted (J102 to Z102, J110 to Z110, J14A to Z14A, J15B to Z15B, J163 to Z163 and J93M to Z93M). Then customize/adjust each cycle affected by customizing the aforementioned wage types.
Then customize schema JT00 by deactivating the corresponding standard cycles, and insert user cycles.
