In this step, you can set up values for a regular attendance reward calculation.

Example

A regular attendance reward for nonabsence will be paid for employees who have no tardy day, no unpaid absence and no paid absence.

A regular attendance reward for diligence will be paid for employees who have two tardy days, one unpaid absence and two paid absence.

Standard settings

The SAP standard delivery system contains sample entries for following standard constants for a regular attendance reward.

  • CIKOK maximum tardy days allowed for diligence reward
  • KEKIN maximum unpaid absence allowed for diligence reward
  • UNINE maximum paid absence allowed for diligence reward

Activities

To check and, if necessary, change the value of constant, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the constant to be set.
  2. Check the specification of the constant and carry out to appropriate change in accordance to your requirements.
