In this Customizing activity, you can use the subapplication BGMI (calculation of AI minimum remuneration) to define as of which payroll year the system uses the AI minimum remuneration. The subapplication BGMI can only ever be activated on January 1 of a year.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system (sample Customizing in view V_T596D), the subapplication BGMI is not activated.

Activities

Decide the payroll year as of which you want to activate the subapplication BGMI.

• Start the activity, choose the country grouping (01 for Germany), and confirm your entry.
• In the list, select the subapplication BGMI and enter the date (valid from) as of which the activation is valid (earliest date possible: January 1, 2009).
  Note that the valid-from date for activating the subapplication BGMI is January 1 of the relevant year.
• Choose Save.
