Use

In this Customizing activity, you assign the company data that is relevant for the accident insurance to an AI membership key.

This AI membership key is saved in the payroll result and is used in all evaluations as a reference to the actual data:

  • Responsible AI carrier
  • Membership number of company with responsible AI carrier

Once you have activated the subapplication BGHV (Determine Maximum Annual Earned Income WCA from Membership Key) for the start of a year, you maintain in this activity a membership key with the associated data for all companies that in personnel area Reporting under subapplication BG01 (Company Data for Workers' Compensation Association).
