Use

Use this activity to define the address data that is to be reported for a company number.

For the respective company number of the personnel subarea, the address stored for the personnel subarea is reported. The contact person for the company number and the status (Active/Inactive) are also reported. If an alternative address is to be used for correspondence, this address can be specified using the field Alternative Correspondence Address.

Note: The contact person and the administrator for the respective company number are not mandatory fields in the DEUEV notification for the company data maintenance. Therefore, the data in the group box Determination of Administrator does not have to be filled in, should no contact person be reported.
