Use this Customizing activity to enter the address data of the company office. The address that is reported for a company number is the address of the respective personnel area/subarea that was defined as the personnel area/subarea reporting for the company data maintenance. The address key consists of the personnel area/subarea.

Standard settings

The addresses of the personnel areas and subareas are usually already maintained in the system.

Activities

Example

For company number 4711, you have defined personnel area DE01 and personnel subarea 0001 as the personnel area reporting. The address must then be maintained in the system with the address key DE010001.
