In this step you maintain details concerning the calculation of accident insurance in each payroll unit. The payroll units with the following keys are affected:

  • UVG
  • NBU supplement

Requirements

You must have modified feature HFI1 (UVG) and CHFI6 (NBU-Supplement) in step Maintain payroll units in your organisational structure.

Activities

The following describes the possible data input fields for each application key:

Payroll units UVG and NBU supplement

  • Grouping SI
  • Grouping UVG
  • Insurance company: You enter here the name of the insurance company with whom you have concluded an insurance agreement.
  • Insured person number: Here you can enter the insurance number registered with the relevent insurance company.
  • Contact person/telephone number: Here you can enter the name of a contact person within your company. This name is printed as additional information on the UVG year-end statement.
