Use

In this activity, you maintain entries for canton vocational training funds for each payroll unit.

Requirements

You have adjusted the relevant vocational training fund features in the Maintain Payroll Units step for your organizational structure to suit your requirements:

Jura    CHKJU

Tessin    CHKTI

Vaud    CHKVD

Valais    CHKVS

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Create at least one new payroll unit for the vocational training fund or application key for which you want to calculate contributions.
  2. Create at least one additional payroll unit for employees for whom you do not want and contributions to be calculated.
  3. For payroll units for which you want contributions to be calculated, enter the value 2 in the SI Grouping field.
  4. For payroll units for which you do not want contributions to be calculated, enter the value 99 in the SI Grouping field.

The remaining fields for the payroll unit are not evaluated at this time for vocational training funds in the standard system.

Note

When changing and deleting entries, note that the following payroll units are displayed, edited, and saved together in the same view (HR_CH: Display Payroll Unit of Cantonal Components of SI (V_T5CSB):

  • Payroll units for maternity insurance Geneva
  • Payroll units for Schaffhausen Social Fund
  • Payroll units for vocational training funds
