Use

In this step, you define different details for each payroll unit of the application key Cantonal Contributions to CF (VD).

Requirements

You have adjusted the characteristic CHFIS (KFO: Merging Employees to Payroll Units) to the organizational structure of your company in the step Basic Settings -> Payroll Units -> Maintain Payroll Units.

Activities

Maintain the following fields for each payroll unit:

  • Grouping SI: When you make an entry in this field, you determine whether the contributions are calculated.
  • Contact person/telephone number: In this field, you can specify the name of a contact person within your company.
