In this step you check the settings relating to net wages (guaranteed net amounts/third party payments) for Swiss social insurance.
This step is only relevant if you use customer-specific insurance. For more information see Basic settings for social insurance.
You can check/maintain the following settings:
- Define type of guaranteed net amount
- Define guaranteed net amount
- Period wage types for iteration.
In this view you can maintain the following data for each annual gross up basis (Wage types /171 - /179 and /V71 - /V79):
- Wage type for the relevant period gross up: The wage types for the annual gross up (/5B1 - /5B9, /5Y1 - /5Y2) are defined in the view "Define guaranteed amount" (see above). For each annual gross up there must already be a period gross up wage type (/5E1 - /5E9, /5Z1 - /5Z9); this is printed, for example on the employee remuneration information. You define the wage type here.
- Wage type for Period net basis
- Wage type for cumulated net basis
- Wage type for cumulated gross up (only for insurance).
- Reset fully liable wage types
In this view you enter fully liable wage types, which are reset each period after they have arisen, since fully liable wage types are subject only to the monthly consideration. Fully liable wages arise in the case of retroactive wage payments for pensioners in the period preceeding an employee's pensionable age.
- Wage type flow iteration
In this view, the wage type flow in the gross-net iteration is controlled using the "key wage type" annual gross up (for example /5B1). In the iteration, the net gross up wage type, once formed, is included in all the wage types entered under the key. It affects the gross up bases of subsequent iterations (for example, the gross up NBU with wage type /172 is switched to gross up AHV/ALV ^ using wage type /171).
The cumulation indicator controls whether the net gross up should be cumulated in the entered wage types at full value, or only as a period value.
Prior to release 4.5A, this wage type flow was displayed using the cumulation flag in V_512W_D, (for example, /5B1 cumulated in /152); As there are insufficient cumulation wage types (/1..) - especially in the customer name range, cumulations which are necessary for the iteration are now carried out using view (V_5CS3_ITER).
