Activities

Maintain the following fields for the payroll unit:

  • Grouping SI
  • Compensation fund: Enter the name of the AHV compensation fund used for settlement.
  • AHV identification number: Enter the AHV identification number of the payroll unit with the aforementioned compensation fund.
  • Compensation fund
  • Branch: In this field you enter the branch number of your compensation fund.
  • Contribution rate: Enter the constants for the contribution rate for the calculation of the AHV administration cost contribution.
  • Contact person/telophone number: Enter the name of a contact person within your company. This name will be printed as additional information on the AHV pay statement.
