This step explains how to check and correct the individual SI contribution rates if new contribution rates need to be used.

This affects the contribution rates for accident insurance as well as the following payroll parameters which form the contribution rates for pension insurance [AHV], military compensation fund [EO], invalidity insurance [IV], and unemployment insurance [ALV] in the SAP R/3 System

  • AHEON        EO contribution rate (employee)
  • AHIVG        IV contribution rate (employer)

  • ALZAN        ALV additional contribution rate (employee)
  • All related parameters you have created

Activities

Call up the first view and check the values of the above payroll parameters. To make changes, proceed as follows:

  1. Enter the key of the parameter in the selection window.
  2. Select the parameter.
  3. Choose Delimit.
  4. Enter the new validity period for the parameter.
  5. Enter the value of the parameter.
  6. Save your entries.
