Use
In the wage statement 2005, you can enter the text for a wage type and its amount in the comment field (figure 15). The wage types and their amounts are taken from the payroll results.
Requirements
You have made entries for cumulation wage type 15-- for line 15 in wage statement 2005. For more information, see the Implementation Guide Swiss Payroll -> Tax -> Wage Statement 2005 -> Set Up Customer Wage Types and Technical Wage Types.
Standard settings
Activities
For each wage type for cumulation wage type 15--, you can also define a message class and a message number. In the comment field in wage statement 2005, under figure 15, the message text, amount, or number from the payroll results and the wage types text is entered for each wage type coded in this way.
You can use the position parameters &1-&4 in the message text to determine if, and where in the text, the amount, unit, or wage type text appears. The assignment is as follows:
&1 = Amount
&2 = Number
&3 = Wage types long text
&4 = Wage types short text
