Use
In this IMG activity, you adjust the wage statement forms to meet your requirements. For example, this may be necessary because the relevant forms have to be customized to conform to the printers used in your company, or because you use envelopes with the address window on the left-hand side.
Standard settings
The standard SAP System uses the HR_CH_LAW_2005_H (Form with Background) form. For technical reasons, this form is not entirely identical with the tax authorities' form.
The forms are best formatted on PostScript printers. It is not usually necessary to adjust printer settings for these printers. For more information, see SAP Note 1008751.
Activities
If these forms do not fully meet your requirements, generally proceed as follows:
Copy a form from client 000 into your Customizing client.
Give the copied form a name in the customer namespace (for example, ZR_CH_LAW_H). This prevents your modifications from being inadvertently overwritten by a copy operation.
Now modify the copied form in the Customizing client.
To specifically move the employee address (letter H) with background to the left or to the right in your form copy, proceed as follows (the example values given are for positioning envelopes with the window on the left-hand side instead of the right-hand side):
Modify the left-hand border of the 'ADDRESS' page window on the 'NORM' page (the first page) as required. To do this, change the value to 25.00 MM, for example. This changes the text position of the address on page 1.
Make the same modification for the 'ADDRESS' page window on the 'BEIBLATT' page (the supplementary page). To display the address in the same way on page 1 and the supplementary page, enter the same value for the left-hand border as in step 1.
To move the background (gray boxes below the address text) to the first page, change the text elements of the 'BOXES' text window on the 'NORM' page. The positions in the five lines directly below the '/* Address' comment line are relevant. The positions are given in inverted commas after BOX XPOS.
For example, at the beginning, replace all five lines of the BOX XPOS 'XX' MM command with BOX XPOS '05' MM, and do not change any other lines ('XX'= default value).
If you do not want to display the gray boxes in the address background, you can delete or comment out the five lines (tag column '/*').
To move the address background for the supplementary page, proceed as in step 3 for the 'BOXESB' window of the 'BEIBLATT' page. To display the address in the same way on page 1 and the supplementary page, make the same changes as in step 3.
