Use

In this IMG activity, you make settings to display additional fields in the Wage Statement group box of the infotype Tax Data CH (0038).

The input fields in the infotype are particularly useful if different Special Benefits are allocated to employees of a payroll unit.

Note

  • If you used fields for the old wage statement, do not suppress any of these fields, even if they are no longer required for the new wage statement.
    Failure to comply can result in the loss of data and database inconsistencies.
  • The attribute classes LY: Canteen Facilities Available and LZ: Provision of Equity or Debt Recovery Rights are no longer evaluated for the wage statement 2005.

Standard settings

The fields are suppressed in the standard SAP System.

Activities

To display the desired fields, proceed as follows:

  1. Call the IMG activity and choose New Entries.
  2. Specify a field number and attribute class per entry.
    Each attribute class represents the possible entries for one of the Special Benefits fields.
    The attribute classes have the following meaning:
    LW: Free Transport Between Home and Work (field F)
    LX: Contribution for Meals (field G)
  3. Save your entries.
