Use
In this IMG activity, you assign the formats for the name formatting created in the "Define Name Format" activity to the Wage Statement program (RPLLAWC2). This determines the form in which the name of an employee or applicant is output in specific processing modes of the wage statement.
Requirements

Standard settings
The standard SAP System contains an assignment for all programs in which name formatting is required.
Recommendation
Never delete any of the specified program names.
Activities
If appropriate, assign another format key to the Wage Statement program (RPLLAWC2) according to the formats created in the IMG activity "Define Name Format".
