In this step you maintain wage statement details for each LAW payroll unit.
These details are printed on the wage statements of all employees who belong to this payroll unit and for whom there are no corresponding details in infotype 0038 Fiscal Data CH . By entering data in the infotype fields, you can override values stored in the payroll unit for individual employees.
Requirements
You must have modified the feature CHFI8 in the step Maintain Payroll Units in accordance with your organizational structure.
Activities
You can maintain the following fields per payroll unit:
- Work location
- Field 4v: Non-flat-rate reimbursement of costs
If you enter A (field service employee) or L (executive employee), field 4v of the wage statement is marked with a cross. Expenses must be listed individually for these employees. - Special services
- Field 5w: Free transportation between residence and work location
- Field 5x: Contribution for meal costs at work location
- Field 5y: Canteen available
- Field 5z: Provision of equity or debt recovery rights
