In this step you maintain the company addresses issued in withholding tax accounting for the cantonal tax offices and on the withholding tax statement. For this, the payroll unit's abbreviation is entered in the Address field. The ID field (text identification) for the address stands for the following:

  • A = Line 1 Company name
  • B = Line 2 Department
  • C = Line 3 Street
  • D = Line 4 City

Activities

To maintain the addresses for your payroll units for withholding tax, proceed as follows:

  1. Enter the name of the payroll unit in the Address field.
  2. Enter the address of the payroll unit in the ID and Address text fields.
