In this step, you set up you system to form the connection wage types for the pension funds.

At the end of the personnel calculation rule CHVJ, the rule CHVK is called up. If you have defined PK-Account management in the SAP system, then the connection wage types will be created. Check your entries for the pension funds and the above rules.

Activities

  1. Call up the first view for this step. Check to see whether an account management has been defined for the individual pension funds in the SAP system.
  2. Call up the second view. Check the payroll accounting rule CHVK. If you want to make changes, copy this rule to one of your own rules and change it accordingly. If you do not want to make any changes, miss out steps 3 and 4.
  3. Call up the third view. Copy the payroll accounting rule CHVJ to one of your own rules. Change the name of the rule CHVK and enter the name of the copy in its place.
  4. Call up the last view. Change the name of the rule CHVJ in the schema CHNE and enter the name of the copy in its place.
