In this step you can define your own types of guaranteed net amounts. If you do not want to use all statutory deductions for a particular guaranteed net amount, you can specify which you do want to use in this step.

In the later step "Define guaranteed net amounts", you can assign your user wage types for guaranteed net amounts to your own types of guaranteed net amounts in the second view.

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system, the employer uses all statutory deductions for every type of guaranteed net amount.

Activities

  1. Create your own types of guaranteed net amounts in the following view by copying the types supported in the standard system.
  2. For each type, delete the deduction wage types which you do not want to use.
  3. Determine the way in which each guaranteed net amount type is to be processed during gross/net iteration by marking the fields Step 1 and Step >1 or leaving them blank.
  4. If necessary, enter a special rule for calculating the deduction. This field is not supported at present for Switzerland, so you will only be able to enter your own rules.
  5. Specify a statement wage type if required.
