This step describes how to make the settings for cumulating the results of the preliminary settlement. To do this you must check personnel calculation rule CHM1, which groups certain wage types together according to SI and tax data.

You must also check how these wage types are coded with regard to processing class 67. This controls the form and data according to which wage types are cumulated (e.g. wage type cumulated for NIA, wage type not cumulated).

Activities

  1. Call up the first view. Check rule CHM1. If you want to make changes to this rule, copy it and make your changes to the copied version.
  2. Enter the name of the rule in subschema CHML. To do this, call up the second view.
  3. Call up the third view. Check the specifications of the individual wage types in processing class 67. Make any necessary changes.
