In this step, you check the settings for indirect valuation of the hourly wage portions of vacation allowance, public holiday pay, the 13th month's wage etc.
Requirements
The hourly wage elements are valuated indirectly by module CHSTD.
Standard settings
The standard R/3 system contains the hourly wage elements vacation allowance, public holiday pay, 13th month's wage, and health insurance.
Each of these elements is valuated exclusively on the basis of the net hourly wage estimate.
Activities
- Check which hourly wage elements are required.
- Define the basic wage types on which the hourly wage portion is to be based. The basis for evaluation is usually the net hourly estimate, but it is also possible to determine an element of the net hourly wage (e.g. the 13th month's wage) on the basis of the net hours estimate minus the vacation allowance.
- Number the wage types that are to form the basis for this indirect valuation.
- Enter 100% as the percentage for weighting the basic wage type(s).
