Activities

  1. Call the activity and choose the work area of the industry code that you want to process using Input Help.
  2. Store the following characteristics for each function number:
    • Validity interval
      Each function number must be stored time-dependent in the system.
    • Salary level
      Enter the salary level valid for the function number.
    • Function kind
      Store the entry VE in this field, if the function is a sales activity, since this kind of activity is processed separately to other functions.
    • Name
      Enter the name of the function.
  3. Save your entries.
