Employers belonging to the Swissmem association are obliged to create these statistics annually. In addition to their employees' wage data, they provide data about their age, basic salary and bonus payments, as well as their assignment to an activity grouping.

Comparative evaluations are created using this data, which show relationships between the activities, payment and age of employees.

Standard settings

The Swissmem entry is provided as the default value in the SAP standard system.
