In this step, you create the assignment values for exceptions-actions for reduced hours. The following assignments are interpreted and proceesed in payroll accounting.
- 1 - Terminations
This means all terminations that do not cause the employee to be rejected when the termination is check (e.g. the death of the employee, dismissal without notice).
- 2 - Changes in salary
This means all changes in salary that lead to the "Stipulated salary" being recalculated in payroll accounting (e.g. general salary revision).
Requirements
You must have created actions and action reasons.
Standard settings
The standard SAP system contains some sample entries.
Activities
To create a new exception-action for reduced hours, proceed as follows:
- Enter the personnel action type and an action reason.
- Assign the exception-action by entering one of the above assignments in the field indicator.
