In this step, you define in which wage types to include the number of normal hours for reduced work, the number of hours for overtime, and the number of lost hours.
To do this, you define the number of hours (NUM) included in the following average wage types:
/201 Normal hours (planned)
/202 Additional hours/overtime
/203 Lost hours
Example
You want to be able to enter the number for a wage type in average wage types. To implement this, flag the first field for NUM. Enter 100,00 in the first field for the %rate. Then flag the first field for the average wage type.
Activities
To check and, if necessary, change the coding for these wage types, proceed as follows:
Select a wage type and choose Details.
Check to see whether the entries meet your requirements. If you want to make changes, proceed as follows:
If necessary, enter a validity period.
Depending on your requirements, select the field NUM.
Enter the percentage rate of the field values to be entered in the average wage types chosen.
Select the average wage types in which the specified values are to be included.
