In this step you make settings for processing hours wage types using averages for family-related bonuses.

You must specify the proportion of the amount per unit (BPE), number (ANZ) and amount (BTR) of the wage types listed that are included in the individual average wage types.

Example

You want to include different proportions of the number and amount for a wage type in two average wage types. The first average wage type is to contain the whole amount and the whole number, and the second is only to contain half the number. To set this up in the system, flag the first two fields for ANZ and the first field for BTR. Enter 100.00 for the first field and 50.00 for the second under % rate. Then flag the first field for the first average wage type and the second field for the second.

To reduce child allowance and training bonuses for the hourly paid, the number of working hours is used from wage type /204. This was already processed during the formation of averages. For other employees, the value of the planned hours minus the unpaid absences is used.

Activities

To check and, if necessary, change the settings for the wage types listed, please proceed as follows:

  1. Flag a wage type and choose Detail.
  2. Check whether the entries meet your requirements. If you want to make changes, please proceed as follows:
    1. Specify a validity period if applicable.
    2. Make the entries in the fields BPE, ANZ and BTR that correspond to your requirements.
    3. Specify the percentage of the values in these fields to be included in the average wage types listed.
    4. Select the average wage types in which the values specified above are to be used.
