There are stipulated text keys for the payment transactions by data carrier which must be given in the case of bank transfers.
A text key must be assigned to each wage type which is to be transferred. The last character of the text key specifies whether or not a transfer notification should be sent to the payee (1 => yes, 0 => no).
Example
The text keys for Switzerland are 00000 and 00001.
Standard settings
The appropriate key is already assigned to all transfer wage types in the standard SAP system.
Activities
- Please clarify whether you have earmarked your own wage types for the data medium exchange. This is only the case if you want to implement a separate payment run on the value of the master data (independently of payroll).
- If so, please determine the text key for these wage types.
