In this step, you define the wage types used to calculate the base for year-end bonuses. The calculations are for a 13th and, when applicable, 14th month's wages.
The cumulation 11 (Base for 13th month's wages) controls whether a wage type is used for the calculation of the 13th month's wages. If the indicator for cumulation 11 is set for a wage type, this wage type is cumulated (added monthly) in the technical wage type /111. The wage type /111 is, in turn, the base for the calculation of the 13th month's wages.
Cumulation 14 controls whether a wage type is added to the base of the 14th month's wage type. The relevant wage types are cumulated the technical wage type /114.
Example
In the standard system, the wage type M100 cumulates in cumulation 11.
