In schema CHDR, you can choose from the following personnel calculation rules: CHDA (Payment June/November), CHDB (Payment June/ December) and CHDC (Payment December). If necessary, you can also implement a separate process flow.

The wage type M714 is used for payment of the year-end bonus. This is determined by rules CHD1 and CHD2. If you want to use another wage type, then you must copy these rules and enter the appropriate wage type. In addition to this, you must adapt the name of the rule that has been copied so that matches the name of the chosen rule.

It is assumed that the December salary is the same as the November salary, if a payment is chosen in November. If this is not the case, a correction is carried out in December under the wage type M716. If you want to use a different wage type, you must copy rule CHD3 and enter the appropriate wage type. In addition, the name of the copied rule must be changed to match that of the chosen rule.

Standard settings

In the standard system, the rule CHDA in schema CHDR controls the payment of year-end bonuses.

Activities

1. Decide which variant you want to use. Activate the name of the variant in the schema's source text and deactivate both of the other variants. If you want to use your own rule, then enter this and deactivate or delete the other rules from the schema's source text.
2. Carry out the changes described above for the other rules. Do not forget to change the name of the new rule in the source text of the rule you are referring to.
