In this step, you determine the start date for the calculation of the annual bonus using the function introduced in Release 4.0. The changeover to the new calculation of the year-end bonuses can only be carried out at the beginning of a year. This is due to the adjustment of the annual bases. A changeover at the beginning of the year also prevents problems with rounding in case retroactive accounting is run at the beginning of the current year.
Example
You change over from the release 3.X to 4.X in October 1999. The customer start date for the new calculation of the annual bonus is, then, 01/01/2000. The customer end date for the old calculation is 12/31/1999.
Standard settings
In the standard system, the 01/01/1998 is the default start date for the new calculation of year-end bonuses.
Activities
Replace the start date of the constants JZU1 with your start date for the new calculation of annual bonuses. Choose the button 'Expand <-> Collapse' and delete the previous entry.
