In this step you determine which wage types are taken into account on the form for the BFS [Federal Office on Statistics] statistics. Cumulative wage types provide the base for the evaluation. Wage types can flow into the cumulative wage types either positively or negatively.
Using the field Table indicators for form control you can control which field of the wage type flows into the cumulative wage type. The following variants are possible:
- A: Number
- B: Amount per unit
- R: Amount
Standard settings
You find models for the creation of cumulative wage types under the form name BFS1. You must, however, adjust them to fit the wage types you use for your payroll.
Activities
Maintain the corresponding inflowing wage types for the following cumulative wage types:
- KUMO: Reduced working hours for monthly wage earners
- AZST: Number of hours for hourly wage earners
- BRUT: Gross wage October
- SOZI: Social security contribution EE October
- SCHI: Shift work, work on Sunday, and night shift
- UEZE: Overtime
- BR13: Year-end bonus
- BRSO: Gross special payments
