Use
In this step, you can determine which forms are used for the print function in master data maintenance for the Employer Statements infotype (0600).
Note: This IMG activity does not effect the output of the Employer Statements program (RPLERCC0
). For the output of this report, note the IMG activity Activate PDF-Based Forms.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
If you want to use the standard forms provided by SAP, you do not have to execute any activities.
If you want to use customer-specific forms, proceed as follows:
- In Dialog Structure choose the SAP Standard Forms - Display Only node.
- On the right side of the screen, select the logical form that you want to make using a customer-specific form.
- In Dialog Structure, choose the Forms: Customer Settings node.
- On the right side of the screen assign a relevant customer form to the logical form selected in step 2 above. To do this, go to the detail screen and enter the name of the customer form in the SAPScript Name field.
If this is the first time the setting is used in the system, you must first create a new entry via the New Entries pushbutton. If an entry has alread been created, you are taken directly to the detail screen.
- Save your changes. If you want to use a customer form for the registration as well as for the supplementary form, repeat steps 1 through 4, selecting the other logical form in step 2.
- Check whether the standard settings fits the form type of your forms. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Choose the Form Group: SAP Standard Settings - Display Only node.
- If your forms have a different form type, go to the dialog structure, choose Form Group - Customer Settings, and assign the form type suitable for your forms.
- Save your entries.
Note:
As of SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0, you can choose from the following form types
- Smart Form (technical key
SFO
) - PDF-based form(technical key
PDF
)
In older versions, only the form type Smart Form is allowed.
In the Forms: SAP Standard Settings node, you can find the names of the SAP standard forms. You can use these as a template.
