Use

If you have integrated mySAP HR Organization Management in your SAP system, you can assign a position and function number in this activity.

Before creating an employer statement, the system evaluates the assignment of the combination of position and function number for the relevant employee in the Organizational Assignment (0001) infotype.

If a value is stored for an employee in the Employer Statement infotype (0600), this overrides the value determined from the position in infotype 0001. If a function number has not been assigned to a position, the system displays the text at the position on the form.

Requirements

You have defined function numbers in the Process Function Numbers activity.

Standard settings

The field Industry Code has the value AB (employer statement) as default in the SAP standard.

Activities

  1. Call the activity.
  2. Store all necessary entries for the position, validity period, function number and name.
  3. Save your entries.
