Use
In this activity, you assign bonus entitlements from the infotype Family/Related Person (0021) to the fields Number of Child Benefits und Number of Training Bonuses on the form.
Whether the employee is entitled to family-related bonuses, is contolled using the field Entitlement (KDBSL) in infotype 0021.
Payroll differentiates between variuos types of family-related bonus, such as:
- Child Benefits
- Benefits for disabled children
- Training Bonuses
- Other different bonus types for childrens' accommodation abroad.
Since the form only knows two bonus types, the possible bonus types in the infotype must be mapped to the two bonus types entered. The possible bonus types are defined in the table Family Characteristics (T577) with the country grouping 02 and the family characteristic 2.
The number of children or training bonuses are determined, whereby all records of the infotype 0021 with subtype Child (2) or Step Child (6) are read. The value of the field Entitlement is created using the field and the number of values K or A that appear is counted. The values are entered in the fields Child Benefits or Training Bonuses .
Activities
Process the feature Employer Statement: Classify Bonus Entitlements (CHAB1) according to the needs of your company.
The feature maps the Specification of Family Characteristic or the internal key for family characteristic to the value space, K or A.
