Use

In this activity, you store the application key AGBE for each payroll unit.

The specifications are used on the form Employer Statement for unemployment insurance.

Requirements

You have adjusted the feature CHFIA your organizational structure in the activity Maintain Payroll Units.

Activities

Store the following values for each of the payroll units you have used:

• Working hours per week
  Store the number of working hours per week, which is customary in your company.
• Collective agreement
  If your company is subject to a collective agreement, enter the name of the contract here. Do not enter a value if your company is not subject to a collective agreement.
• Notice period
  Enter the notice period here, which is acceptable in your company.
  If special notice periods have been agreed upon for certain employees, you can individually override the value in the Employer Statement infotype (0600).
• Reason for notice
  Usually, the notice reason is individually entered for each employee in the infotypd Employer Statement (0600).
  If you want to deterine a standard text for all employees, you can store this text here. The text entered in the infotype overrides the text stored in the payroll unit line by line.
  Enter the name of the pension fund, which your company is affiliated to.
• Contact person, telephone number
  For further questions about the compensation office, you can enter a contact person along with his/her telephone number. This information is then displayed on the form.
