In this step, you specify which user wage types are used to calculate averages.
You stipulate what percentages of the amount per unit (BPE), the number (ANZ) and the amount (BTR) of the wage types listed here are included in the individual cumulation wage types.
Example
You want different percentages of the number and amount of a wage type to be included in two different average wage types. The total amount and total number are to be included in the first average wage type, and only half of the number in the second. Flag the first two fields for ANZ, and the first field only for BTR. As the %rate, enter 100.00 in the first field and 50.00 in the second. Finally, flag the first field for the first average wage type, and likewise the second field for the second.
Activities
Proceed as follows to check the specifications assigned to the wage types listed and change them if required:
Check which technical wage types you used in your cumulation rules.
Flag a wage type and choose Detail.
Check whether the entries meet your requirements. Proceed as follows if you wish to make changes:
Enter the validity period, if required.
Flag the BPE, ANZ and BTR fields appropriately.
Specify what percentage of the values of the fields should be included in the average wage types.
Select the average wage types that should be included in the above values.
