In this step you can make modifications to the processing of other types of insurance.

Other types of insurance are processed in calculation rule CHAV. This imports the records for infotype 0037 and calculates the premiums from these.

This rule is only intended as an example. You can implement your own procedures for other insurance types using this as a basis.

Standard settings

  • In the standard version of rule CHAV, insurance types (VSART from infotype 0037) 0020 (nursing) and 0021 (sick pay) are queried.

  • The following payroll parameters are used to calculate the contribution rates for employee subgroups G and P:

    • KPM01        Nursing p.scale I M.
    • KPM02        Nursing p.scale II M.
    • KPF01        Nursing p.scale I F
    • KPF02        Nursing p.scale II F
    • KGT01        Sick pay p.scale I
    • KGT02        Sick pay p.scale II

Activities

  1. Copy rule CHAV to create one of your own.
  2. Make your modifications to the copied rule.
  3. Alter the access of the copied rule in schema CHNE or CHMN (for concurrent employment).
  4. Check the values for the above payroll parameters and modify them if necessary.

You have at your disposal a report for the year-end statement for Insurance Switzerland. Report REPLVERC0 can also be used for the valuation of insurance types that are dealt with in infotype 37.
