Use
In this Customizing step, you maintain the cumulation wage types that are also used after changing from SAPscript output on the file interface (GeTIS) in the WHT accounting/statement Geneva (report RPLQSTC3). You assign wage types a cumulation wage type for this purpose.
The cumulation wage types have the following significance:
AFGE: Family and birth of child bonuses for the appropriate field ("Dont allocations familliales") in the file for WHT accounting/statement Geneva. Specifying this amount and therefore maintaining this cumulation wage type is mandatory. Note the appropriate regulations for the canton of Geneva.
CEGE: Church tax for the appropriate field ("Contribution ecclesiastique") in the file for WHT accounting/statement Geneva. Comments: In the standard system, the calculation of church tax is not currently supported. Here you can optionally assign wage types to an appropriate customer solution.
FEGE: Effective expenses for the field ("fraisEffectifsNonInclus") in the XML file for WHT accounting/statement Geneva.
FFGE: Flat rate expenses for the field ("fraisForfaitairesNonInclus") in the XML file for WHT accounting/statement Geneva. Comments: In the standard system, the calculation of expenses is not currently supported. Here you can optionally assign wage types to an appropriate customer solution.
BLGE: Gross wage for the corresponding field ("prestationsSoumisesImpot") in the file for WHT accounting/statement Geneva for the ISEL format.
NPGE: Non-periodic payments for the corresponding field ("prestationsNonPeriodiques") in the file for WHT accounting/statement Geneva for the ISEL format. Note that the non-periodic payments are also included in the gross wage ("prestationsNonPeriodiques").
Note
You maintain the remaining, still relevant, cumulation wage types already used for the now obsolete SAPscript output of the WHT accounting/statement Geneva (report RPLQSTC3) in the Customizing step Maintain Cumulation Wage Types.
